An Interactive Tasting Dinner for 10 in STAGE
Our Tasting Room was well suited for this very special tasting dinner where guests had a hand in the preparations. Not only was the group treated to a delicious and memorable dinner, they were also invited into our large production kitchen by Culinary Innovator, Mark van der Pas to see and practice how to create a gorgeous plate. Much fun was had by these inspiring gourmands who enjoyed the following menu:
- Foie gras on herbed flatbread toasts with lingonberry compote
- Avocado, fennel, lobster, tiger shrimp, and Morell mussels topped with light saffron lobster bisque and garnished with dill sprig and fennel puff pastry
- Grilled romaine, roasted yellow pepper, candied tomato, and Italian pancetta with warm roastedgarlic and lemon vinaigrette, topped with Mozzarella balloon drizzled with balsamic reduction
- Striped sea bass with passion fruit basil butter sauce and accompanied with roasted fingerling potato and a grilled asparagus vegetable bundle
- Roti Bread
- Triple chocolate decadence on espresso crème Anglaise with fresh berries”
