Exquisite Menu Design
We listen intently and are dedicated to executing the event you envision. Each event theme is unique! The Tulips & Maple team designs your menu with your expectations in mind. Whether we are celebrating an era, a quirky sensibility or a merging of cultures, our menu design and cocktail suggestions tie to your vision. Let our chefs introduce you to a customized menu choice with your personality in mind.

Dishware & event rentals
Tulips & Maple is connected in the industry. We have carefully selected our suppliers to meet our high quality standards. We will calculate your rental needs and make all the arrangements based on the event you imagined.

Décor & presentation
Guests often recognize a Tulips & Maple event as soon as they walk in the room. We provide food stations, bar and buffet décor for every event we cater, free of charge, using items from our own prop room. Every platter and plate served by Tulips & Maple is attractively garnished to enhance your culinary experience. Should you have specific décor and decorating requirements, we may charge a small fee to cover additional purchases and labour, or, see our archive of client stories for inspiration!

For the Bar
Tulips & Maple Inc. holds a liquor licence and follows the regulations of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. Tulips & Maple provides full services for bar planning, ordering, purchasing and delivering, in addition to the bar set-up and service. We can assist you with either a host or cash bar. If your budget is more limited, the most cost-effective option is to supply the beverages yourself and leave the bar set-up, service and tear-down to us. We do not charge a corkage fee – just the bartender's time, bar rentals and any additional bar supplies. But, you will need to obtain the Special Occasions Permit from your nearest LCBO store if your event is held in a public location.

Celebration Cakes
We make delicious wedding and celebration cakes for the events that we cater. Designed for exquisite taste, our cakes use real buttercream and offer simple yet elegant designs. Sorry, our cakes are only available if they are part of our Tulips & Maple events.

We work with the most professional suppliers and service companies in the city. We can recommend excellent DJ's, florists, photographers, and other specialty services.
