Our name is derived from the nationalities of our co-founders. Mark van der Pas comes from The Netherlands and has instilled his high European standards and innovative approach to cooking, events and business since we began in 1991. Kristine van der Pas-Norenius is the Canadian engineer who enticed her MBA classmate, Mark, to come to Canada and join her in fulfilling a dream of building a world-class business.

This award-winning husband-wife duo now shares their drive to be the best, to create and to make you look great with a team of 40 catering professionals. Passionate, honest and eager to set your event apart, our goal is to ‘wow’ you and your guests each and every time.
